Shipping & Handling
We have reccently updated our website to reflect our new shipping policies. Up to 3 weeks should be alloted for shipping and handling on ALL imported, handcrafted, or Organic Products. This shipping time allows for us to not only ensure the highest quality of our products but allows you the customer to be informed as USPS or other shipping companies may take longer for whatever reason than expected.
Tracking & Expidieted Shipping
Unfortunately we do not have an automated option to share tracking information with you but if you have any questions as to tracking information please reach out to us via the contact form on our site or reach us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to reschedule any service up to 12 hours before scheduled time. All clients must attend their scheduled services within 15 mins of scheduled time. If for whatever reason the client is unable to attend the scheduled service they are allowed to reschedule up to 3x. In the event that a service is postponed more than 3x per request of service provider or client, a partial or full refund may be offered. Training and event service sales are final and nonrefundable baring cancelation or postponement. All sales on services rendered are final and non refundable.
Over the past few months we've been adding, altering, and perfecting some of our services and service options. We have recently undergone a change in employees and service availablity.
